The Dorm Who Cried Wolf - LLC Actually Burns Down This Time

LIVING LEARNING CENTER - Everyone knows the story of the boy who cried wolf. He jokingly cried out that a wolf had come for his sheep so much that when one really did, none of the villagers came to his aid. In a tragic development, the same fate has fallen upon the LLC.
Fire alarms were frequent at the L, whether from novice cooking or novice blunt rolling, and it was not infrequent to be awoken in the wee hours of the morning and stand outside for a long, cold half-hour while the fire department trudged up Bodenheimer. Yesterday, September 4th, the fire department received a typical call from the L - smoke had been reported. The firemen, sick of the LLC's constant antics, opted to ignore the alarm. This fateful misstep doomed the L, which burned to the ground over the next hour. When the firemen finally investigated in the morning, they found nothing more than charred rubble at the site. Luckily, no one was hurt, though many students have lost everything.
There will be a funeral service in front of Frank Hall tomorrow, September 6th from 12pm-2pm.
Never take your dorm for granted. You never know when someone's contraband candle will burn the whole place down.
